I’m Sandra Nicholas, the owner and creative force behind Kashlan Kreations. For over three decades, my life has been defined by the joy of making. What began as a personal passion for creating sentimental gifts for my own family—my husband of 30 years, my children, and my many grandchildren—has grown into a professional studio dedicated to high-end, custom craftsmanship. Based right here in North Carolina, I’ve spent years mastering the tools of the trade, from vinyl and heat transfer to the precision of digital cutting.

One of my favorite ways to celebrate life’s milestones is through my Custom Picture Sports Balls. Whether it’s a championship win, a senior night, or a first-season memory, I specialize in taking your favorite photos and professionally applying them to footballs, basketballs, and more. It’s more than just a piece of sports equipment; it’s a trophy that holds a memory. Seeing a parent’s face light up when they see their child’s action shot permanently captured on a ball is why I do what I do—it’s about turning a moment of pride into a tangible longer than a lifetime legacy.

Creativity never stands still, and neither does Kashlan Kreations. While I began in traditional vinyl decals and custom clothing pieces, I have moved up and into some extreme custom crafts, flyers, stickers, memorial programs and personalized sports gear, I am thrilled to be expanding into the intricate, architectural world of 3D cardstock art. There is something magical about taking a flat sheet of paper and transforming it into a dimensional masterpiece. Whether it’s a complex 3D animal, a custom-themed graduation cap, or a tiered memorial tribute, my goal is to create pieces that don’t just sit on a shelf—they literally stand out.

My work is as diverse as the people I create for. In addition to my hands-on crafting, I am the owner of HempQueens Ink Magazine, which gives me a unique perspective on branding and industry-specific design. I specialize in bridging that gap—bringing professional-grade precision to personal projects. From creating a family legacy expandable coloring book to designing bold architectural logos for local businesses, I treat every project with the same level of obsessive detail and care.
